Over the past years, Influence Communications has transformed into a holding company with four subsidiaries, Influence Public Relations, Influence Advertising, Influence Events Management and Influence Government & Investment Affairs.

With over 50 local, International & regional clients and 75 dynamic professionals, Influence Communications managed to deliver some of Egypt’s biggest and impactful campaigns that shaped the public opinion and influenced consumers’ minds and beliefs. Mohamed A.Kader Emara

Managing Director

Mohamed A.Kader Emara
Mohamed is the CEO and Managing Director of Influence communications since 2007.  
Mohamed has more than 15 years of experience in marketing communications and Strategic Public Relations.
Believing in the power of PR, Mohamed utilized the philosophy of turning the PR science into a practical arm to shape the public opinion and strengthen businesses’ market positioning. Throughout his business journey, he managed to lead more than 100 significant National and Mega  campaigns and was able to shape the image of top multinational firms.
Mohamed started his career at PromoSeven Weber Shandwick-Qatar, he worked on the launch of Qatar Foundation, and then he continued his career with PromoSeven Weber Shandwich-Cairo as Senior Client Relations Manager.
He used to work at British Petroleum for 2 years as a Communications and External Affairs Senior Advisor. He was responsible for all external and internal communications for petroleum giant and he held the position of company’s spokesperson.
Mohamed holds professional courses and trainings in Crises Management and PR advanced Techniques from American University in Cairo (AUC) and Crises Management Course and Negotiation skills Course from VIRAK International-Switzerland.
Mohamed graduated from Cairo University –Egypt, Faculty of Economics and Political Science (English Section) in 2001. He enrolled in an MBA program majoring in Marketing in 2010 from RITI (Maastricht School of Management).

Yasmine has joined influence communications early in 2014.
Under her capacity, Yasmine is leading a team of client relations handling different accounts in different sectors such as FMCG’s, Automotive , Investment & Banking. Under her capacity, she manages all strategic project, business development as well as internal development and training for Influence staff.
Yasmine has more than 12 years of experience working in public relations and marketing communications.
She has a deep experience in marketing research and analysis in addition to a wide experience in strategy development as well as CSR Implementation.
Yasmine graduated from Faculty of economics and political science in 2001, she has a master’s Degree in business administration from the German university in Cairo in 2012.
Prior to joining Influence Communications, Yasmine has worked as Market Communication Manager in The Egyptian Banking Institute.

Khaled Taher

General Manger – Advertising & Event

Khaled Taher
Khaled is the General Manager of Influence Communications, he leads the advertising and Event Management subsidiaries within the company
His key functions and responsibilities include but not limited to managing all the creative advertising campaigns for a large portfolio of multinational, regional and local clients, such as: adidas, BP, Tetrapak, DHL, Siemens, etc..
Khaled has an extensive events management experience gathered from managing over than 100 major events ranging from corporate events, internal communications events, consumer events and media events for key accounts
Previously, Khaled held the position of the Visual and Communications Manager for Omar Effendi during the re-launch post its acquisition
Khaled started his career as a Senior Client Relations Executive in PromosevenWeber Shandwickwhere he managed a number of clients on top of which are: NSGB, BAT, etc..
Khaled holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from MSA University Middle Sex.

Mahmoud Darwish

Mahmoud Darwish
Mahmoud Darwish is currently the Chairman of FB republic. At FB republic, his responsibilities include upholding and assisting day-to-day operations, managing relations with existing shareholders and focusing full time on FB Republic and its commitments. Mr. Darwish upholds an extended background in Marketing and Communications and used to be the business development head for consumer loans at Commercial International bank (CIB). He is also a board member at Influence Communications, one of the leading Marketing Communications companies in Egypt. Mahmoud was also a board member in Global Gourmet, the master franchise of famous Lebanese Leila’s Kitchen.

Mahmoud is graduated from Faculty of Economics and Political science, with more than 15 years of Experience in both Marketing Communications and F&B.

Shaimaa El Kafrawy
Shaimaa El Kafrawy has been the senior Media Consultant for Influence Communications since October 2007 before becoming deputy General Manager in 2015.
Prior to her tenure at Influence Communications, Shaimaa served as Media Relations Director at Weber Shandwick from 2000-2007 where she developed and implemented media strategies for print, broadcast, and electronic media and works closely with reporters and editors.
She has very good relations with media gathered from more than 17 years experience in executing huge national PR campaigns along with that Shaimaa has achieved a successful record in implementing extra ordinary media campaigns for many clients including Tetra Pak, Roche, Unilever and many other
Shaimaa is expert in public speaking and media training
Shaimaa holds a Bachelor’s of Mass Communications from Cairo University in 1999
